This is a 100% grass-fed wagyu ribeye (marble score 4-5) from First Light Farms in New Zealand, the first group of farmers to ever raise wagyu exclusively on grass. This is the "thick cut" ribeye, with each steak coming in at between 420-500 grams and 4-5cm thick. Each piece is sold by weight. Learn more about First Light's marble scoring here.
