We do not hold back our cheese. Made with grass-fed cheese from New Zealand, cut into big chunks so you get the full burst every. single. bite. To cook: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Cook over high heat in any pan (we prefer the ridged grilling pan for the marks!) or fire up your BBQ! 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with mustard, relish, chili, cheese, the possibility is endless :) Good to note: Because of the natural casing, hot dog shape and thickness may vary.
