ใส้กรอกอีสาน (reads: Sai-grok-e-saan) or "Isaan Sausage" is the main staple of Thai northeastern (Isaan) cuisine. Also commonly available in many street food carts around the country. Our version is a bit more special, using grass-fed beef from Australia and fermented with local organic rice from Suphanburi. The result? A divine combination that brings the best flavors out of the beef, balanced with the right amount of tang and herbs. Serve with raw cabbage, fresh thinly sliced ginger, and birds-eye chilis. Gluten-free. (Yes, organic sticky rice is gluten-free despite the name 🙂) To cook: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Cook over medium-low heat stove, or air-fry/bake at 150C for 15-20 minutes.
