Half Bone-in Ham

We slow cure our hams using dark sugars and spices for two weeks. They’re then dried and slowly poached to produce a moist flavoursome ham. This is our half, on the bone ham, ready to carve or to skin and glaze in the oven Approx. 4kg (+/- 300g)
