Pasture-raised beef tallow rendered at a low temperature in our very own Paleo Kitchen. Beef tallow is great as a healthy alternative frying oil due to its high smoke point. Animals fats are very nutritious and stable cooking fats. They do not oxidize easily and our tallow hasn't been hydrogenated or otherwise messed around with. Honest, old school home cooking.
