Homemade Sundried Tomato Pesto

A lovely recipe from our Executive Chef Prapat, 'sunshine in a bottle' is how we'd describe our sundried tomato pesto. Each batch is freshly made with no added emulsifiers, preservatives, or other non-food stuff. This tomato pesto is great with pasta, roast vegetables, as a spread, or a dip. Please consume within 5 days of opening (no preservatives!) and keep refrigerated. Ingredients: Sundried tomato, garlic, almond powder, white wine vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, lemon. Allergy warning: Contains nuts (almond powder)
