Simply pan-fry for 5-7 minutes on low - medium heat or place in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms. Perfect for tossing in Robbie's Marinara sauce. Ingredients: Grass-fed beef chuck roll, pasture-fed duck eggs, onion, garlic powder, oregano leaves, paprika, Italian parsley, almond powder, fleur de sel, black pepper.
