Twelve years ago, Lumlum started a small organic farming as a switch from their OEM sauce manufacturing business. You can make this traditional Northern dish in minutes: just cook your choice of meat, add the paste, and voilà! comfort in a bowl. It is rich, savory, and a little sweet; a great intro to Thai food.
