Our take on the classic, savory, southern American breakfast sausage flavor popularized by the Jimmy Dean brand. Instead of pork & MSG, we use our 100% grass-fed NZ beef and make them into small patties, 8 to a pack. 🍁 This is the *Maple* version, where we use real maple syrup (no "natural & artificial flavors" here) to give it that unmistakable, delicious maple finish. The sweetness complements the spices oh-so-well 🍁 Great next to a couple eggs on your breakfast plate for a juicy, protein-packed breakfast. Or cook a few and take them for lunch - they're just the right size for an all-day breakfast sandwich. Try the Spicy and Original varieties to mix it up. Can cook from frozen! The patties are pre-cooked - reheating instructions - Skillet (preferred) : Place frozen sausage in a preheated skillet over medium heat, turning frequently, about 8-10 minutes until hot and fully seared outside (but avoid an overly hot skillet which may burn the spices) - Microwave (1 serving) : Place sausage on microwave safe plate. Put on medium heat for 3 minutes per serving. - Oven : Bake at 200c for 8 minute. Ingredients: Grass-fed chuck, maple syrup, nutmeg, water, white wine vinegar, fleur de sel salt, onion powder, fennel seed, oregano, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, tapioca starch, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary.
