They work with local farmers in Chiangmai to get the freshest organic ingredients straight from the source. A twist on the Japanese favorite, shogayaki, this umami (savoury) paste is anything but "yaki"! Made from gluten-free miso and fresh ginger, it is great for stir fries, simmers or as a marinade. Truly unique for those looking for organic and gluten-free Japanese pastes/sauces. Refer to expiration date on bottle (18 months from manufacturing date).
