Mixed Vegetable Broth (salt free)

This is a great all-purpose vegetarian broth - will impart a great depth of flavor to your soups, stews, sauces, braises, stir fry, or more. We've made this one salt-free to keep sodium low; adding salt to taste may enhance the flavors for those who can tolerate it. Our broths are flash frozen when they are ready - not pasteurized - which retains the flavor and nutrients. Ingredients: Water, Celery, Onion, Leek, Green apple, Daikon, Ginger, Coriander, Shiitake mushroom, Kombu seaweed, Garlic, Black pepper, fennel, coconut oil.
