It is deodorized with steam to remove most of the chocolate aroma but it is otherwise 100% pure cocoa butter. It is a healthy fat, mostly saturated fat, then it contains fatty acids such as stearic acid and palmitic acid. Idea to be added to your Bulletproof Coffee! You can use it for cooking or baking, but it is the most amazing fat you can use for dry & sensitive skin as it is rich in vitamin E. We have been using cocoa butter for our baby and it makes his skin extremely smooth.
