Oven Roasted Pasture-fed Capon Chicken

Our home made oven roasted pasture-fed Capon Chicken is succulent and so juicy it won't disappoint. After brining, our head chef marinated the capon chicken in a special Christmas marinade, and oven-roasted for 2 hours. Each capon chicken is pasture-raised and thus each will be of a different size. A 4kg capon chicken will feed up to 6-8 people. The capon chicken comes without a stuffing, but is inclusive of a a bag of delicious chicken gravy. Defrost slowly in the fridge for at least one whole day. Re-heat at 150 celsius for 45min or until golden brown and crispy.
