One of the best clean protein snacks you can eat. This is the only 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef jerky in Thailand. Made in house from exclusively New Zealand beef - no steroids and antibiotics here. And no sugar, no soy, no preservatives like the jerky you will find on supermarket shelves. We smoke it for four hours, and then dehydrate it for 24 hours. We wanted a spicier flavor, so for this one, we added some chili powder and pepper - not an overwhelming amount, but this one does have a bit of a kick!
