Made in house from exclusively New Zealand beef - no steroids and antibiotics here. And no sugar, no soy, no preservatives like the jerky you will find on supermarket shelves. We smoke it for four hours, and then dehydrate it for 24 hours. We wanted a sweeter flavor option, so we added a touch of maple syrup and a hint of lime.
