Made-ahead gravy prepared by our chefs in-house. Using pasture-raised cow bones, the gravy is simmered for 8-10 hours low and slow to deepen the flavor and allow the vegetables and herbs to be infused into the sauce. Can be enjoyed as a thin demi-glace or au jus, or further reduced to a thicker consistency. It’s up to you! This gravy is best served with our grass-fed roast beef. Reheating recommendations For best results remove the gravy from the freezer and allow them to thaw in the fridge overnight. If you're in a rush you can place the bag under running water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until thawed. Pour the amount you need into a pot and heat up on low-medium heat till it slightly simmers. Or pour into a microwave-safe bowl and heat on medium for 1-2 minutes till hot. Keep refrigerated after defrosting.
