About the producer Dang Foods is run by Thai brothers Vincent and Andrew who were raised between Bangkok and New York City, which gave them a great culinary background and ultimately inspired them to start a healthy snack brand based on the Thai ingredients & flavors they loved. The company is named after their mom - Mama Dang (แดง) whose recipes inspired their restaurant pop up in NYC...which later gave birth to their original product, the toasted coconut chips. Dang's snacking lineup takes casual Thai snacks to another level, with fun flavors and none of the ingredients you can't spell.
