Eggplant, homemade tahini, red peppers roasted over an open flame in our kitchen, garlic, and a few select spices come together to create this versatile veggie dip. Great with chips or other "dipping" veggies like carrots, celery, or broccoli. Made fresh daily - we don't make them until you order them. Maximum freshness, and of course no preservatives.
