This classic Spanish (Catalonian) sauce combines tomato, garlic, peppers, and almonds for a well-balanced and tangy tomato flavor with a little red pepper kick. Great with meats and seafood, or even as a standalone veggie dip. Warning: Highly addictive! No, seriously. Don't say we didn't warn you. Note: We don't use any preservatives or any other funky additives like dyes or “texturizers” - so we make our sauces in small batches daily and sell them in 200ml jars that are meant to last less than a week or 4-5 servings! Taste the freshness difference...and keep refrigerated before and after opening. Ingredients: Tomato, red capsicum, garlic, paprika, cayenne, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar.
