











We wanted sauces for our shabu shabu hotpot nights that have ingredients we could trust - so we made our own! Executive Chef Prapat crafted 4 delicious options that are great for your shabu night or with other Asian dishes & meats - or even as a marinade. These are produced in small batches with ingredients sourced specially for this project, including organic soy from northern Thailand. This is Robbie's Shoyu - we use organic tamari for our shoyu and add bonito and kombu for intense umami, some black rice vinegar for an acidic pop, and then a touch of honey to round out the flavor.
