This is a delicious vegetarian broth with shiitake and turmeric for added nutrients & anti-inflammatory properties. The flavor is great - it can be sipped by itself or will add a nice flavor to your soups, stews, sauces, braises, stir fry, or more. We've made this one salt-free to keep sodium low; adding salt to taste may enhance the flavors for those who can tolerate it.
