Rump Steak Beurre d'Escargot Ready Meal

Gently roasted pasture-raised juicy jump steak, well seasoned, cut into strips, with a dollop of taste enhancing Beurre d'Escargot, and a side of roasted vegetables. The Beurre d'Escargot is a specialty of our head chef and is our home-made ghee mixed with fresh parsley. This type of butter is traditionally served in France with snails (escargot) hence the name. Ingredient: Pasture raised beef rump, Onion, Capsicum, Egg plant, Parsley, Garlic, Zucchini, Butter, Oregano, Smoked paprika.
