Smoked bone-in turkey leg quarter

This year we have taken our pasture-raised turkeys, cooked them perfectly by sous vide, smoked them over lychee, and portioned them into smaller cuts perfect to feed 3-4. A great solution if you're short on time to cook a whole raw turkey - or that would be too much food for you. We're super pleased with how these turned out! This is the delicious bone-in leg and thigh portion, approx. 600-800g sold by weight. Reheating instructions Defrost overnight in the fridge, then reheat at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven for 25min (or until golden brown) or grill on a barbecue.
