Smoked boneless turkey breast

This year we have taken our pasture-raised turkeys, cooked them perfectly by sous vide, smoked them over lychee, and portioned them into smaller cuts perfect to feed 3-4. A great solution if you're short on time to cook a whole raw turkey - or that would be too much food for you. We're super pleased with how these turned out! This is the delicious boneless leg and thigh portion, approx. 600-800g sold by weight. Lean and delicious breast meat. Also makes incredible sandwiches. Reheating instructions Defrost overnight in the fridge. Can be eaten cold in a salad or sandwich, or warm slowly in an oven at 100 degrees for 25 minutes or until warmed through.
