This is another product where we "scratched our own itch." We wanted a smoked pulled pork on the level you could get from a good American BBQ restaurant, but we wanted it from free-range, antibiotic free pork, and smoked without any weird additives. So we made it ourselves. The Boston-butt cut of pork is smoked for 16 hours with our own spice rub and apple cider vinegar. Pull one out of the freezer and heat it up in the oven for an American BBQ restaurant-quality pulled pork experience in no time flat. A Paleo Robbie staff favorite.
