Sweet Potato Au Gratin

A whole tray of layered sweet potato goodness. Our Au Gratin is roasted til golden brown and a great hearty side dish to accompany a roast. Naturally sweet from the sweet potatoes with creaminess throughout from coconut milk and pasture-raised duck eggs. How to reheat After defrosting, reheat at 160°C for around 15 minutes or so until warmed through and the top is nice and crispy. Ingredients Sweet potato, leek, shiitake mushroom, onion, organic coconut milk, wholegrain mustard, tomato, duck eggs, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper.
