Cooking instruction Cut open the vacuumed pack and remove meat package inside, defrost it separately along with the sauce overnight in the refrigerator (or under running water for 10 minutes). Put the frozen vegetable back into the freezer until needed. Keep the vegetable frozen. To cook: Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200c and bake the chicken for 8 minutes until golden brown. Heat up a pan and add oil, add the frozen vegetables and cook for 3- 5 minutes. Add the heated chicken and sauce, stir to combine, and serve.
