Our wild salmon nuggets are already cooked, so all you have to do for a great healthy snack at home: 1. Defrost nuggets in the fridge overnight, or on the kitchen counter for 1-2 hours. 2. Preheat a frying pan or deep fryer to 180 celsius or medium to high heat 3. Place the nuggets inside your healthy oil of choice and they'll be good to go as soon as the crust is golden brown.
