Flourless Chicken Nuggets

Unbelievably crispy chicken thigh "nuggets". Our pasture-raised "nuggets" come cooked - all you need to do is reheat them. For best results remove the bag from the freezer and allow them to thaw in the fridge overnight. If you're in a rush and will consume the meat immediately you can place the bag under running water or in a bowl of water for about 20 minutes until thawed. Oven or air-fryer Bake the nuggets on an oven-proof tray at 180c for 5 - 10 minutes until golden brown. Pan-fry Shallow fry the nuggets until golden brown on medium heat.
