We decided it was time for a little variety, so we took our signature sweet potato chips and added some premium paprika and oregano. Thai organic potato is a bit sweeter and a bit waxier than the standard potato you get in the west. Because it holds a lot of moisture from Thai humid weather, it is perfect for making creamy mash. Smooth or chunky, the choice is yours.

The perfect combination of sweet, salty, and savory with a bit of a kick, these sweet potato fries are hand-cut, doused in our grass-fed tallow and Cajun spice mix. They're then baked to perfection and flash-frozen, ready for you heat 'em and eat 'em.

Great as a side dish for your next burger, or as an afternoon snack for the kiddos.

Heating Instruction: 
Don't defrost! Reheating directly from frozen is better to avoid soggy fries.
Preheat your oven or airfryer to 180-200C and place the block of frozen fries in.
After 5-10 minutes, they will be easy to separate.
Continue to heat for 20-25 minutes or until you notice them getting crispy.
Let them cool for a few minutes and they will get even crispier.

Our take on a classic Irish stew recipe! Our pasture-raised NZ lamb stews "low and slow" for hours until wonderfully tender.
