Robbie’s Wild Crab Cake and Wasabi Bok Choy Salad

Crab cakes used to be one of the dishes my mom would request I make for her pretty frequently. I shouldn't say "request", since she would buy all of the ingredients ahead of time and have them laid out on the counter when I showed up at her house. That was her way of "hinting" that she would like crab cakes. Luckily I love crab cakes so I never minded making (and eating) them! These crab cakes have a lot of flavor and taste great over a bed of green salad with Wasabi dressing. Ingredients: Wild Blue Crab Meat, Onion, Garlic, Pasture-fed Duck Eggs, Dijon Mustard, Spring Onion, Parsley, Almond Powder, Lemon, Fennel, Bok Choy, Mixed Salad, Orange Sunkist, Fresh Blueberry, Green Berry Tomato, Yellow Berry Tomato, Pecan Nut, Wasabi, Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
