We took our popular lamb skewer salad meal and paired it with a Greek tzatziki sauce - which gets its flavor from cucumber, dill, mint, and yogurt (for which we've swapped in a coconut milk for the healthy fats). Served on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes, nuts, and blueberries, this meal makes an excellent and keto-friendly lunch.
