Level up on our take on the most classic Thai dish there is - grapao. We use grass-fed prime steer beef from New Zealand, fry it with Thai holy basil, garlic, chilli and Red Boat fish sauce, and put a deeply orange fried duck egg on top. We pair it with a special 100% organic Vessantara Rice cooked in beef broth to add some extra nutrients and depth to the rice, which complements the beef perfectly. We're proud that this dish gets its extra umami boost from Red Boat Fish Sauce - the purest fish sauce around with only two ingredients (black anchovies & Vietnamese sea salt) and none of the junky additives you'll find in mass-market fish sauce (and in virtually all street-food grapao). Warning: This dish is a little hotter than most on our menu. And once you try it, you might not look at street-food grapao the same way ever again.
