Craving a bit of that classic tonkatsu flavor? We make ours with almond meal and a bit of tapioca startch instead of the panko, or breadcrumbs, that are usually found in this dish - which removes the gluten entirely! Our Tonkatsu (which basically translates to "pork cutlet" in Japanese, uses 100% free-range pork and is served "Bento-style" alongside our cauliflower rice, broccoli, and carrots that are glazed with lemon, walnuts, and grass-fed butter - plus a delicious apple katsu sauce made fresh daily for drizzling on top!
