The second installment in our new series of paleo breakfasts - our Fisherman's breakfast will have you starting your day with a big serving of wild-caught Alaskan pink salmon (great omega 3 brain boost to start the day!) and pasture-raised scrambled eggs. We serve it with roasted, diced sweet potato on a bed of greens (asparagus, rocket, and spinach) and cherry tomatoes with a cup of smashed Hass avocado for those delicious, clean-burning fats. Nicely balanced macronutrient profile and (more importantly) super tasty way to break your fast.
