Robbie's pasture-raised chicken roast

Originally inspired by our Thanksgiving and Christmas chicken roasts, our chefs decided to bring this back into the regular rotation as it was our most popular meal in 2019! The pasture-raised chicken breast is cooked sous-vide to remain very moist and tender, and gently roasted in the oven together with sweet potato, brussels sprouts and lots of other crunchy veggies. Simple and reliably delicious. Ingredients: Pasture-raised chicken breast, single-estate EVOO, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, kale, black pepper, sweet potato, walnut, Shiitake mushroom, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, fleur de sal, cayenne, paprika.
