Grass fed beef taco salad

A fiesta of flavor! Everything you love about a delicious beef taco except we swap out the cheap, processed tortillas and replace it with organic greens. Hard to beat this taco salad for an easy lunch or low-carb dinner. We take grass-fed beef, cook it with the traditional Mexican spices (paprika, cumin, oregano, jalapeño, coriander, and cayenne) and serve it with our homemade red salsa picante, fresh pico de gallo sauce, and a half an avocado.
