Grass-fed beef bunless burger with cassava fries

The title pretty much says it all - this is everything you'd want in a top quality restaurant burger (expertly seasoned prime grade chuck, smoked nitrate-free bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, beetroot, and homemade mustard and ketchup) but without the grains injection you'd normally get in the bun. Instead, we serve it with seasoned cassava fries and a duck egg. All killer, no filler. Ingredients: NZ grass-fed chuck roll, nitrate-free bacon, pasture-raised duck egg, cassava, onion, tomato, lettuce, beetroot, garlic, dijon & grain mustards, dill pickle, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, white wine vinegar.
