Our duck confit is prepared in a centuries-old process of preservation that consists of salt curing the duck leg and then it was cooked in it's own fat at low temperatures. We recommend to re-heat in a pan and add your favourite sauce. Also great in a salad. Pasture-fed Duck Leg Confit from Female Barbary Ducks, raised in wide open spaces in Khao Yai. They are completely free to roam and have access to ponds and shade. They are fed with natural ingredients that grow on the farm only. No added industrial feed. They do not receive hormones or antibiotics.
