Our duck confit is prepared in a centuries-old process of preservation that consists of salt curing the duck leg and then it was cooked in it's own fat at low temperatures. We recommend to re-heat in a pan and add your favourite sauce. Also great in a salad. Pasture-fed Duck Leg Confit from Female Barbary Ducks, raised in wide open spaces in Khao Yai.
