Our healthier take on this classic American-Chinese take-out menu 🥡, Beef & Broccoli. Our head chef carefully marinates the beef without tenderizers like baking soda, and perfects the sauce with no soy, sugar, or oyster sauce! Cooking instruction Cut open the vacuumed pack and remove meat package inside, defrost it separately along with the sauce overnight in the refrigerator (or under running water for 10 minutes). Put the frozen vegetable back into the freezer until needed. Keep the vegetable frozen. To cook: Heat up a pan and add a bit of oil, add the meat and cook for 1 minutes, until done to your liking. Remove from the pan and add the frozen broccoli and sauce in, continue to cook for 2 minutes or until broccoli is soft. [best to use medium high heat] (A lid can be placed to help cook faster). Once broccoli is cooked, add back the meat and stir everything to combine, and serve.
