This is Pridi's Berry Much bar, coming in at 54% cacao. From the Pridi team: "Dehydrated, unsweetened strawberries from Chiang Mai complement our Signature Noir 64% chocolate, bringing a tart acidity combined with some strawberry sweetness to the mix. Together, these ingredients produce sweet, caramel, chocolatey, and brownie notes. Sesame and banana shine also through." Ingredients: Cacao beans, Organic unrefined cane sugar, dehydrated strawberries, cacao butter About the producer: Pridi Cacaofever was started in 2019 by three chefs in Bangkok, led by Daniel Bucher, who were passionate about chocolate and wanted to produce a range of world-class products using entirely Thai ingredients from the cacao to all the other flavorings. Fast forward 7 years and today their range can be found in a number of 5-star hotel kitchens across Thailand.
