Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic unrefined cane sugar About the producer: Pridi Cacaofever was started in 2019 by three chefs in Bangkok, led by Daniel Bucher, who were passionate about chocolate and wanted to produce a range of world-class products using entirely Thai ingredients from the cacao to all the other flavorings. Fast forward 7 years and today their range can be found in a number of 5-star hotel kitchens across Thailand.
