This is a 100% grass-fed wagyu T-bone steak from First Light Farms in New Zealand. T-bone is an iconic cut, popular because you get part striploin (aka New York strip) and part tenderloin, with the "T" shaped bone running through the middle which imparts even more flavor to the two cuts of meat. Fantastic on the grill, seared on a pan, or broiled. Sold by weight!
