This is the "flanken" cut of our New Zealand grass-fed short rib, cut across the bone (instead of with or between the bone). This makes the slices thin and with nice extra flavor from the bone. Also known as the Korean cut because of its popularity in Korean cooking, especially galbi 🇰🇷 A great cut for making that delicious short rib meat a little more accessible for marinating and cooking (or grilling!). Each pack is approx. 550 grams. As always, 100% grass-fed and finished, and antibiotic and synthetic growth hormone-free.
