Free-range BBQ Pork Ribs

Our 15-hour smokey BBQ free-range pork ribs are smothered in St. Louis-style sauce--sweet, tangy, and with a small touch of spice. We love to serve it up with our sweet potato fries and our Spicy Italian Relish instead of the conventional slaw. Love extra sauce? grab a jar of our homemade ketchup or BBQ sauce. This product is fully cooked and frozen. Approximately 400g, 5-6 ribs per pack. How to reheat: - Defrost overnight in the fridge or in a water bath for 15-20minutes - Pre-heat your oven to 175°C - Bake for 15 minutes - Alternatively, you can warm it on a pan.
