The blank canvas! 👨‍🎨 Ever wanted to try making your own Neapolitan pizza at home but didn't know where to start on preparing the dough? Skip the hard part and get right to the fun stuff with this sourdough pizza base. Made as part of our pizza collab with our friends at Sarnies. We left this one without tomato sauce in case you're going a different direction. But if you want sauce, we recommend Bianco Dinapoli's organic pizza sauce, from pizza legend and canned tomato king Chris Bianco. The possibilities are endless, but just to get you going: 🧀 Cheeses: - Strong cheddar - Mild & stretchy mozzarella 🥬 Greens: - Sweet basil - Rocket salad - Spring onion (for an Asian twist!) 🥓 Meats & fish: - American-style cupping pepperoni - Italian sausage - Smoked salmon 🫒 Other: - Classic EVOO - Flavored EVOO - Chili crisp Ingredients: Bread flour, pizza flour, sea salt, fresh yeast, whole wheat sourdough starter, water How to reheat: Remove the cardboard base and place into a preheated oven at 200C for about 8-10 minutes. Note that all appliances vary slightly so check on it at 8 minutes and let it go to your desired level of crispiness.
