About the producer: Casalare has been making gluten-free pastas in Victoria, Australia for 31 years. Their pastas use gluten-free ingredients like rice flour and tapioca starch which are then sundried. In our tests we found them to be the best gluten-free pastas around...so we brought them to Thailand!
