This is Pridi's Maprownty bar, designed to deliver the flavor from a certain popular candy bar you probably know, but without the junky ingredients. Just big enough for a few bites, not massive bar - perfect for a craving. Ingredients: cacao beans, natural sugar, dry coconut, organic raw cane sugar, glucose, sea salt, green cardamom About the producer: Pridi Cacaofever was started in 2019 by three chefs in Bangkok, led by Daniel Bucher, who were passionate about chocolate and wanted to produce a range of world-class products using entirely Thai ingredients from the cacao to all the other flavorings. Fast forward 7 years and today their range can be found in a number of 5-star hotel kitchens across Thailand.
