Organic Duck Eggs, 12-Pack - GO Organics

Duck eggs tend to be larger and richer than chicken eggs with a bit more fat (omega-3) and protein. The yolks are larger and deep orange. They're great for baking and some recipes will call for duck eggs for their unique flavor as well. These duck eggs come from various small-scale organic farms in central Thailand in the GO Organics network.
