Ingredients: Organic sugar, organic fig, lemon concentrate, pectin Additive note - about pectin: Pectin is a naturally occurring carbohydrate (polysaccharide to be specific) that’s extracted from citrus fruit peels. It’s used here as a gelling agent, helping the sugar and acid in the fruit spread together nicely. It’s completely non-toxic.
